Meet Jennifer
My name is Jennifer, and I am the practitioner behind Universal Sacred Healing. I offer Intuitive Healing Sessions designed to support the mind, body, energy, and spirit through a blend of Reiki, sound medicine, breath work, intuitive guidance, energetic balancing, and sacred spiritual practice.
My work is rooted in the belief that healing is not one-size-fits-all. Each person carries their own story, energy, emotions, patterns, and spiritual needs. Because of that, every session is created intuitively and intentionally for the person in front of me.

My journey into energy healing began when I was a teenager and first learned about the body's energy centers. That experience opened a doorway for me. I became deeply curious about the connection between energy, emotion, spirit, and well-being.
Over time, that curiosity became a calling.
I studied Reiki, developed my intuitive gifts, deepened my spiritual practice, and continued exploring healing through sound, meditation, ritual, and energetic awareness. Today, I bring those years of devotion, study, practice, and lived experience into each session I offer.
My Approach to Healing
When you come into a session with me, my intention is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and seen.
No two sessions are exactly the same. I listen deeply — not only to your words, but also to the energy present in the space. From there, I allow the session to unfold in the way that feels most aligned for your highest good.
Beyond the Healing Room
Outside of my healing practice, I am a mother of four, a violinist, a sound practitioner, an artist, and a lineaged High Priestess. Creativity, music, motherhood, spirituality, and devotion all shape the way I move through the world and the way I hold space for others.
